Prices, Payment, and Delivery

4. You are responsible for all applicable transaction taxes associated with your purchase.
5. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, and you have sufficient funds or credit available for payment. We may verify your payment details prior to providing the Service.
6. Payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor using your selected payment method.

Cancellation/Termination

1. As the paying party, you have the right to cancel your order within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date we accept your order. To
cancel, you must send a written or emailed notice of cancellation.
2. If Kits have already been dispatched, appointments scheduled, or tests conducted, a non-refundable deposit and any applicable cancellation fees will be retained.
3. If you cancel your order as per this section, we will refund the purchase price as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
4. If Kits are received damaged, we may, at our discretion, replace them or provide a refund equal to the price paid for the Service.
5. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage for reasons such as product availability, inaccuracies in product information, or payment issues.
6. Any estimated service delivery dates provided are approximate and do not form part of a contractual obligation. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service delays.
7. In the event of erroneous test results, we may offer a re-analysis or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Affiliate Fees and Promotion Disclaimer: Allaffiliate fees paid to DNA Precision Center are non-refundable. We are not obligated to promote or facilitate sales for partner businesses. While we may provide guidance and support, we are not responsible for the success of any partner's business.

Your Responsibilities

1. By purchasing a Service, you agree to provide accurate biological samples according to the instructions in the Kits. Reliable results depend on your adherence to these instructions.
2. You affirm that you have the legal right to submit any samples provided, and if you are submitting on behalf of someone else, you have obtained their consent.
3. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract and not prohibited by any laws from receiving our Services.
4. You confirm that you are mentally competent to understand the nature and purpose of the Service you are purchasing.
5. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while accessing and using our Site and Services.
6. You acknowledge that the information derived from the Service may be unexpected or emotionally significant.
7. You have no rights to any research or commercial products resulting from your sample submission and will not receive compensation for such products.
8. You agree not to use the Service information for discriminatory or illegal purposes.

Account Creation and Security

1. To access test results, you must create an account on the Site. You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and keep it updated. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.
2. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and may not allow others to use your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your test results. Allowing third parties access may result in liability, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims related to unauthorized access.
4. Privacy and Disclosure: We handle your personally identifiable information according to our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy

Restrictions: You are prohibited from:

1. Attempting to breach the security of the Site or accessing data not intended for you.

2. Testing system vulnerabilities without authorization.

3. Introducing malicious software or engaging in disruptive conduct on the Site.

All user-generated content you submit will be treated as non-confidential, and by submitting such content, you grant DNA Precision Center the right to use it without limitation.
